Greater Works Training and Consulting Services, LLC, is passionate about serving individuals, businesses and faith-based organizations. Our services were designed with leaders in mind. It is our desire to help develop core competencies in leaders and assist them in reaching their goals. We believe when leaders are equipped, through challenging learning opportunities, the leader’s impact is expanded. President
Johgina Densmore
Johgina has a passion for service, training & growth. As a lifelong learner, she strives to enhance her God-given gift of training. She wants to assist others in growing to their next level of greatness.
​
She had demonstrated her skills by supervising, developing, and delivering asynchronous and synchronous trainings statewide and vetting curricula. She has developed and delivered specialized trainings to assist managers and executive leaders with improving productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Sociology from Wartburg College, Waverly Iowa and a Masters of Psychology from the University of Illinois at Springfield, formerly known as Sangamon State University.

She currently serves as a contributor of World Vision Inc., Child Sponsorship Program, serves as a Board Member of the Ezra Project, and serves as a member of The Chicago Food Project. She is a Trainer, Speaker, and Coach with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and a Certified Master Trainer through the Association of Talent Development. Additional
certifications include Maxwell Method DISC Trainer; Langevin Certified Training Generalist;
National Curriculum and Training Institute, Inc. Real Colors Facilitator and Master Trainer by the
Training Clinic, Inc. She is the author of a grief devotional blog:
